FINSIG'03 , Finnish Signal Processing Symposium, will be held at Tampere University of Technology on May 19, 2003. The symposium is meant for researchers spezializing in signal processing, especially young researchers (M.Sc., Lic.Tech., and Ph.D. students) are encouraged to participate in it. Papers describing new research are invited for technical sessions on, but not limited to, the following topics:

The official language of FINSIG'03 is English. The final papers will be published in the Proceedings of FINSIG'03 that will be available at the symposium. Best paper award will also be announced at the symposium. After FINSIG'03 Texas Instruments will organize a DSK workshop at TUT.
Prospective authors are invited to prepare a 2-3 page summary of the paper in pdf-format (including figures and references). Please, check Author's kit for more detailed information before submitting a proposal.
