The top 300 ranked genes from each data set. Separate lists are provided for the robust detection of cell cycle and unknown frequencies. Data sets are from the following authors: Spellman et al., (1998), Whitfield et al., (2002), and Rustici et al., (2004).

For the data sets from (Spellman et al., 1998), listed are the ORFs. For the data set from (Whitfield et al., 2002), listed are the indices of the genes as they appear in the original data set. For the data sets from (Rustici et al., 2004), listed are "systematic names" (if systematic name is missing then the index of the gene is reported).

Note: Due to the finite number of permutations/random samples, some genes may have the same significance value. In particular, some genes may have the smallest possible significance value < 1/P, where P is the number of permutations/random samples. When more than one gene has the same significance value, the order of the genes are preserved in the sorted result. This phenomenon is seen e.g. in the results for the data set from (Whitfield et al., 2002).
