The MATLAB code for the statistical 3D reconstruction method, sequential maximum a posteriori expectation maximization (sMAP-EM) for the 3D domain, is available here:

The package contains MATLAB scripts files for the sMAP-EM 3D reconstruction. The program loads an input dataset and reconstruction parameters from the input parameter file “sMAPEM3D_params_in.mat”. An example is included in the “ex06_CryoEM_*” folder and contains the experimental dataset used for the experiment C in the article (Moriya et al., 2015). To reconstruct the example, please run “mrk11_ex06_CryoEM_ *.m” from the MATLAB command window.
