George Schreck 1890
The Tampere Town Hall, Raatihuone in Finnish, was drawn by George Schreck, the town architect of Tampere during 18xx-19xx.
An interesting detail in the picture below is the building in the left with the sign "Wiini-kauppa" (wine shop). As of writing this (May 1994), there is still a state monopoly for selling alcohol in Finland.
