The registration fee for the workshop is:

• Registration paid at the latest 30th of April 2009: 450 DKK (Euro 60) for students and 900 DKK (Euro 120) for others
  
• Registration paid after 30th of April 2009: 575 DKK (Euro 75) for students and 1150 DKK (Euro 150) for others

KongresKompagniet has made preliminary hotel reservations for the participants. Reservations can be made on the on-line registration form. Alternatives for the hotel are Atlantic (about 2 km from building 1324 at the campus of Aarhus University) and CABINN (about 1.7 km from building 1324 at the campus of Aarhus University). Prices can be found in the registration and accommodation form. The organisers cannot guarantee accommodation for participants who have not registered in advance. To obtain the stated conference price all reservations must be made through KongresKompagniet. The hotels will be booked on first-come first-serve basis. Payment directly to hotel upon departure.

ACCOMMODATION CHANGES
