 Short Biography
Roberto Airoldi is a PhD student and researcher in the department of Computer Systems at Tampere University of Technology (TUT). His research interests includes Multi-Processor System-on-Chip integration, DSP systems for wireless communications, software defined radios and cognitive radios. Airoldi has a BSc and MSc in microelectronics respectively from University of Ferrara (Italy) and University of Bologna (Italy). He is student member of IEEE, IEEE Signal Processing Society, IEEE Computer Society and IEEE communication Society. Currently Airoldi holds the position of vice-chairman of the IEEE GOLD Finland/Tampere section and the IEEE Student Branch at TUT.
