SPIN 2006 -- If You Need More Time for Your Paper

If you need more time to finish your submission to SPIN 2006, please follow this procedure:

• Prepare an initial version of your paper. It must contain at least the abstract, keywords, introduction and conclusion section. These need not be in their final form. The better this version is, the better are the possibilities that your paper gets the right reviewers.
• Submit the initial version within the original deadline December 2, 2005 Friday. (Submissions that arrive Dec. 3 early morning are considered to meet this deadline.)
• Submit your paper by December 7, 2005 Wednesday, 23:59 UTC.

The initial submission will be used for deciding the distribution of the papers to PC members. To ensure that there will be enough time for reviewing the papers, it is important that we can deliver the final submissions to PC members as early as possible.
