Sectorial approximation

Assume that the ideal estimation neighborhood can be approximated by a sectorial model:

The size of each sector is directly controlled by a scale parameter, namely the length of the sector.
The use of kernels supported on these sectors allows to solve the initial shape optimization problem by using standard easy-to-implement multiscale kernel techniques, such as the ICI rule.
