 I am a Professor (acting, part-time) in the Department of Information and Computer Science at Helsinki University of Technology. I am also affiliated with the Department of Signal Processing at Tampere University of Technology. I recently completed my post-doctoral research at the Institute for Systems Biology. We are editing a special issue on Genomic Signal Processing, EURASIP Journal on Advances in Signal Processing, guest editors: Ulisses Braga-Neto, Rui Kuang, Harri Lähdesmäki, Haris Vikalo, Byung-Jun Yoon.
