SGN-6106 Computational Systems Biology (Period 3, 2011-12)
This course will be lectured on period 3 starting on 16th of
January. The course consists of lectures (2-4h per week, Mondays and
Tuesdays 14-16 and exercises (2h per week). The lectures will be given
jointly by Juha Kesseli and visiting lecturers in room TB223.
The exercises will be given in room TC407. There are two exercise
groups, one on Thursday 8-10 and one on Friday 12-14. For the exercises you
need a
Lintula account.
The course will have a Moodle page for e.g. submitting the lecture diaries and distributing course material.
The key to the page will be given on the first lecture. If you cannot
attend the first lecture, ask for the key by e-mail from the lecturer.
