- Fixed problems with GDB Server.
Although QEMU-ARM is really slow when debugging ARM projects, we recommend, that you use SBRSH in real device for debugging.

We published user guide for Laika PyDev experimental v.1.0.0 and hints and
tips document for Laika developers.
Hints and tips include e.g.
- Debian, configuring, kernel and update
- Scratchbox, install, creating targets
- Maemo rootstrap, installing ARM-rootstrap, graphical window, testing
- Dev tools, installing Java, Eclipse, Laika, Gazpacho
- Configuring Scratchbox, Setting up SBRSH target, NFS

02.05.2006 Release of PyDev experimental plugin

We have been developing python support to Laika. The best way of creating
such support was to use PyDev plugin for Eclipse.
We released the experimental version of Laika PyDev plugin today. It is not complete at all and we have had some problems in integrating the plugin to Scratchbox. Hope we manage to get it working someday.

- Kosola is no longer developing Laika, since he started to writing his
thesis for Master of Science diploma.
- Kuusipalo had his firstborn last week. He will be more or less away from keyboard for week or two...
- Therefore the release of Laika v.2.0 will be few weeks late.

The next release of Laika plugin seems to launch in the middle of January
2006.
I can't wait to see it happen :D

- We have released new version of Laika to support newest version of Maemo (v.1.1). Also some new features are included.

9.9.2005 Laika plugin's first release
- Laika plugin's version 1.0 will be released end of the next week (week 37).
26.8.2005 Date of first release
- We have planned to release the codes of version 1.0 somewhere near the week 37.
19.8.2005 New manpower
- We have a new working schedule from first of September. Until now Laika is developed by 3 people (about 37 hours a week). From 1st of September we will work with 3 people in TUT and 2 people in Nomovok, about 20 hours a week each.
12.8.2005 Nomovok is joining our team
- We are most likely getting more manpower from Nomovok to develop Laika. More details after mondays meeting.
9.8.2005 Beta version's release date is today:
