I am a postdocoral researcher at Tampere University of Technology, within the Audio Research Group (Tampere, Finland). My research is part of an Academy of Finland funded project titled "Audio content analysis using perceptual models". The main focus of my work is audio source separation.

From October 2013 to December 2016, I was a Ph.D. student at Télécom ParisTech (Paris, France) within the Image, Data, Signal (IDS) department, under the supervision of Roland Badeau and Bertrand David. My Ph.D. focused on model-based phase recovery for audio source separation.

My research interests include:

  • Audio/Music source separation;
  • Time-Frequency representations and analysis;
  • Phase recovery;
  • Nonnegative matrix factorization (NMF) and Complex NMF models;
  • Phase-aware probabilistic models.
