·    Contributed to the development of Masters and doctoral program curriculum at the Institute of Signal Processing at Tampere University of Technology, Tampere, Finland, 1990-1995 and 1998-2004.
·    Leading the development of the new curricula for the new BSc and MSc degree programs at TUT to start in Fall 2005 (according to the Bologne Convention of the European Union).
·    Founder and responsible for the International University Programs curricula, 1991-2004 at the  Department of Information Technology, Tampere University of Technology, Tampere, Finland.
·    Responsible for the International Master Degree Program in Information Technology, 2006
