Signal Processing for Source and Channel Coding (for short Coding jointly the Source and Channel (COSAC)) is a TEKES research project, the research being carried on at Signal Processing Laboratory, Tampere University of Technology. The funding companies are Nokia Research Center, YLE, and more than three quarters of the funding comes from TEKES. There are joint activities between COSAC project and FAMBAC project at Helsinki University of Technology.
